Sec. 22-146. Examination of records and apparatus. The commissioner and his agents are authorized to enter the premises and to examine the test and weight records and testing apparatus of any person, firm or corporation for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of sections 22-136 to 22-148, inclusive.(1949 Rev., S. 3187; P.A. 91-312, S. 13.)
