Sec. 19a-522e. Chronic and convalescent nursing homes and rest homes with nursing supervision: Stretcher requirement. A chronic and convalescent nursing home or a rest home with nursing supervision may provide one stretcher per floor irrespective of whether such floor contains multiple nursing units. In accordance with section 19a-36, the Commissioner of Public Health shall amend the Public Health Code in conformity with the provisions of this section.(P.A. 10-117, S. 78.)
