Sec. 19a-363. (Formerly Sec. 19-372). Powers of local authorities not abrogated. Nothing in this part shall be construed to abrogate or impair the powers of a local department of health, the fire department or the courts or any other lawful authority to enforce any provision of any city charter or building ordinance or regulation not inconsistent with this part or to prevent or punish for violations thereof.(1949 Rev., S. 4081.)
