Sec. 19a-240. (Formerly Sec. 19-105). Definition of "board". As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, "board" means a board of a district department of health created as provided in section 19a-241.(1949 Rev., S. 3876; P.A. 00-27, S. 19, 24.)
History: Sec. 19-105 transferred to Sec. 19a-240 in 1983; P.A. 00-27 made technical changes, effective May 1, 2000.
