Sec. 17a-458b. "Acute Care Division" defined. If the term "Acute Care Division" is used or referred to in any public or special act of 2005 or 2006 or in any section of the general statutes that is amended in 2005 or 2006, it shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Acute Care Division of Connecticut Valley Hospital.(P.A. 05-280, S. 80.)
