Sec. 17a-450b. Affirmative action plan. Notwithstanding any provision of title 46 or regulations adopted under said title, the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services shall develop a single, comprehensive affirmative action plan that covers each facility, division and the central office of said department.(P.A. 07-148, S. 19.)
