Sec. 16a-8. Programs to foster cooperative effort. The board shall encourage programs to foster cooperative efforts by and among Connecticut business, industry, utilities, the academic community and government to develop new sources of energy.(P.A. 74-285, S. 9, 20; P.A. 03-140, S. 21.)
