Sec. 16-245z. Internet links to Energy Star program. Not later than October 1, 2005, the Department of Public Utility Control and the Energy Conservation Management Board, established in section 16-245m, shall establish links on their Internet web sites to the Energy Star program or successor program that promotes energy efficiency and each electric distribution company shall establish a link under its conservation programs on its Internet web site to the Energy Star program or such successor program.(June Sp.
