Sec. 14-115a. Request for document from motor vehicle record. No process to compel the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to furnish a copy of any document from a motor vehicle record, as defined in section 14-10, of any person shall be issued unless such request is in writing and unless at least seven working days have elapsed since the receipt thereof by the commissioner.(P.A. 73-549, S. 3, 4; P.A. 10-110, S. 17.)
History: P.A. 10-110 substituted "any document from a motor vehicle record, as defined in section 14-10" for "an abstract of a driver's history record", effective July 1, 2010.
