Sec. 11-1c. Official state archives. Appointment of State Archivist.
Sec. 11-1c. Official state archives. Appointment of State Archivist. The State Library Board shall create and maintain the official state archives. The State Librarian shall, subject to the provisions of chapter 67, appoint an assistant, who shall be the State Archivist.(P.A. 84-414, S. 9, 14.)
