Sec. 10a-262. Interpretation of powers. The powers enumerated in sections 10a-250 to 10a-263, inclusive, shall be interpreted broadly to effectuate the purposes of said sections and shall not be construed as a limitation of powers.(P.A. 87-458, S. 13, 18.)
