Sec. 10-264j. No time or regional restrictions on development and implementation of interdistrict programs. Nothing in subsection (a) of section 10-74d or in sections 10-264e to 10-264i, inclusive, shall be deemed to prohibit one or more local or regional boards of education from developing and implementing interdistrict programs at any time.(P.A. 93-263, S. 11, 14; P.A. 98-252, S. 22, 80.)
