Sec. 10-153. Discrimination on account of marital status.

      Sec. 10-153. Discrimination on account of marital status. No local or regional board of education shall discriminate on the basis of sex or marital status in the employment of teachers in the public schools or in the determination of the compensation to be paid to such teachers.

      History: P.A. 78-218 forbade discrimination on basis of sex, deleted reference to municipalities and specified local and regional school boards.
