maintenance and content of specifications for supplies, services and construction.
Not later than June 1, 2010, the State Contracting Standards Board, in consultation with
the Commissioner of Administrative Services, shall adopt regulations, in accordance
with the provisions of chapter 54, establishing standards for the preparation, maintenance, and content of specifications for supplies, services, and construction required by
the state.
