Sec. 46b-212r. Inappropriate tribunal.
Sec. 46b-212r. Inappropriate tribunal. If a petition or comparable pleading is
received by an inappropriate tribunal of this state, the tribunal shall promptly forward
the pleading and accompanying documents to an appropriate tribunal in this state or
another state and notify the petitioner where and when the pleading was sent.(June 18 Sp. Sess. P.A. 97-1, S. 19, 75; P.A. 07-247, S. 30.)
History: June 18 Sp. Sess. P.A. 97-1 effective January 1, 1998; P.A. 07-247 deleted "by first class mail" re method of notice to petitioner, effective January 1, 2008.
