There Is a Newer Version of the Connecticut General Statutes
2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 9-443. Votes for justices of the peace.
Sec. 9-443. Votes for justices of the peace. The vote for the party-endorsed slate
or for any contesting slate of justices of the peace shall operate as a vote for all of the
candidates on such slate and shall be counted as such, and there shall be no split-ticket
voting for justices of the peace.
History: 1963 act restated previous provisions; P.A. 03-241 substituted "justices of the peace" for "delegates to conventions", effective January 1, 2004, and applicable to primaries and elections held on or after that date.
