Sec. 8-431. Provision of financial assistance to eligible developers. The commissioner may provide the financial assistance authorized pursuant to section 8-433 to
eligible developers. The commissioner shall give preference to nonprofit entities and
housing partnerships in selecting eligible developers to receive financial assistance pursuant to section 8-433.
