2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 8-30a. Appeals provisions to apply in all municipalities.
Sec. 8-30a. Appeals provisions to apply in all municipalities. The provisions of
section 8-8 shall apply to appeals from planning commissions or other final planning
authorities of any municipality whether or not such municipality has adopted the provisions of this chapter and whether or not the charter of such municipality or the special
act establishing planning in such municipality contains a provision giving a right of
appeal from planning commissions, and any provision of any special act, inconsistent
with the provisions of said section, is repealed.
History: P.A. 89-356 replaced reference to "sections 8-28 and 8-30" with "section 8-8".
Rights of appeal from planning commission are governed by sections 8-28 and 8-30 rather than city charter. 159 C. 1.
