2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 8-191a. Effect of commissioner\'s failure to make environmental evaluation.

      Sec. 8-191a. Effect of commissioner's failure to make environmental evaluation. No plan prepared and approved under sections 8-189 and 8-191, which includes the findings enumerated in subsection (k) of section 8-189, shall be invalid and deemed ineffective solely because of the commissioner's failure to comply with any provision of sections 22a-1a to 22a-1f, inclusive. All actions taken by the commissioner between February 1, 1975, and June 14, 1977, are validated. Nothing in this section or section 8-191, 8-193 or 8-196 shall relieve the commissioner from his obligation to comply with sections 22a-1a to 22a-1f, inclusive, subsequent to June 14, 1977.
