2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 7-270. Application to existing systems.
Sec. 7-270. Application to existing systems. Any municipality, for all or any part
of any existing sewerage system, may exercise any authority of this chapter pertaining
to the operation of a sewerage system and may establish sewerage use charges, in the
manner hereinbefore provided, to pay the cost of operation of such sewerage system or
for the payment of all or any part of bonds or notes issued for the acquisition or construction of such sewerage system, including interest thereon.
