Sec. 5-265. Special training courses for state employees. Exchange of employees. Departments, agencies and institutions, subject to regulations issued by the Commissioner of Administrative Services, may enter into agreements with educational institutions for special training courses for state employees and may enter into agreements
with the federal government or other state governments for exchange of employees.
