      Sec. 4d-42. Interagency agreement between Chief Court Administrator and Chief Information Officer. The Chief Court Administrator and the Chief Information Officer may, by interagency agreement, provide for the Judicial Department (1) to receive information system and telecommunication system facilities, equipment and services pursuant to contracts, subcontracts or amendments to contracts or subcontracts and (2) to interconnect with state agency information systems and telecommunication systems.
