      Sec. 4d-38. Notice to Chief Information Officer of violations. Any contractor or subcontractor, or employee or agent of a contractor or subcontractor, which learns of any violation of the provisions of section 4d-36 or 4d-37 shall, no later than seven calendar days after learning of such violation, notify the Chief Information Officer of such violation.
