      Sec. 4b-73. (Formerly Sec. 4-24j). Relocation of displaced persons. The Commissioner of Public Works may enter into a contract with the city of Hartford for assistance in relocating individuals, families and business concerns not reimbursed for moving costs in a condemnation proceeding and who are not otherwise reimbursed or entitled to reimbursement by the federal government or the state, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 135.
