2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 48-17c. Payment of award.

      Sec. 48-17c. Payment of award. Any award made pursuant to section 48-17a or 48-17b shall be paid by the head of the state agency for whose benefit the condemnation proceedings was instituted.
