Sec. 46a-87. Enforcement of subpoena. (a) Contumacy or refusal to obey subpoena issued pursuant to this chapter shall constitute contempt punishable, upon the
application of the authority issuing such subpoena, by the Superior Court for the judicial
district in which the hearing is held or in which the witness resides or transacts business.
