Sec. 46a-61. Discriminatory employment practices: Mental disorder exception. The use of numerical goals or quotas, or other types of affirmative action programs,
in the administration or enforcement of the provisions of section 46a-60 relating to
discrimination on account of a present or past history of mental disorder is prohibited.
