Sec. 45a-736. (Formerly Sec. 45-66a). Change of name of adopted person. Any
court of probate, as part of its approval of any agreement of adoption or declaration of
an intention to adopt, may change the name of the person adopted, as requested by the
adopting parent or parents.
History: Sec. 45-69 transferred to Sec. 45-66a in 1979; Sec. 45-66a transferred to Sec. 45a-736 in 1991.
