Sec. 45a-657. (Formerly Sec. 45-75b). Court to resolve conflicts between conservators. If a person has both a conservator of the person and a conservator of the
estate who are not the same person and a conflict arises between the two concerning
the duties and responsibilities or authority of either, the matter shall be submitted to the
court of probate which appointed the conservators. Upon hearing, the court shall order
the course of action which in the court's discretion is in the best interests of the person
under conservatorship.
