      Sec. 4-9c. Confirmation process for appointments to boards of trustees and Board for State Academic Awards. Appointments made by the Governor to the boards of trustees of the constituent units of the state system of higher education and to the Board for State Academic Awards shall be subject to the confirmation process described in section 4-7.
