2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 33-231. Change of location of principal office.
Sec. 33-231. Change of location of principal office. A cooperative may, upon
authorization of its board of trustees or its members, change the location of its principal
office by filing a certificate reciting such change of principal office, executed and acknowledged by its president or vice president under its seal attested by its secretary, in
the office of the Secretary of the State.
