2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 33-218. Definitions.
Sec. 33-218. Definitions. "Cooperative" means any corporation organized under
this chapter or which becomes subject to this chapter in the manner hereinafter provided,
and "person" means any natural person, firm, association, limited liability company,
corporation, municipal corporation, municipal utility, business trust or partnership.
History: P.A. 73-644 included municipal corporations and municipal utilities in definition of "person"; P.A. 95-79 redefined "cooperative" to include a limited liability company, effective May 31, 1995.
