2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 3-97. Records of the colony of New Haven.

      Sec. 3-97. Records of the colony of New Haven. The Secretary is authorized to issue certified copies of any instrument contained in the volumes of the records of the "Colony or Jurisdiction of New Haven", deposited in the State Library, which certified copies shall be admissible in evidence in the same manner and entitled to the same weight as copies made and certified by the official from whom such records were received; and the town clerk of the town of New Haven is authorized to issue certified copies from the photostat copies of such records, deposited in the office of said town clerk by the State Librarian, which certified copies shall be admissible in evidence in the same manner and entitled to the same weight as copies made and certified from original copies.
