2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 24-4. Disposition of material collected.
Sec. 24-4. Disposition of material collected. All material collected, after having
served the purposes of the survey, shall be distributed by the commissioner to the educational institutions of the state in such manner as to be of the greatest advantage to the
educational interests of the state, or, if deemed advisable by said commissioner, the
whole or any part of such material shall be put on permanent exhibition.
History: 1971 act replaced reference to commissioners, members of a commission consisting of governor and representatives of various colleges in the state but having no specific title, which was abolished by the same act, with references to environmental protection commissioner.
