Sec. 22a-158. (Formerly Sec. 19-25i). Records. (a) The Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall require each person who possesses or uses a source of ionizing
radiation to maintain records relating to its receipt, storage, transfer or disposal, as well
as such other records as the commissioner may require, subject to such exemptions as
may be provided by regulation.

History: 1971 act replaced commissioner of health and public health council with commissioner of environmental protection; Sec. 19-25i transferred to Sec. 22a-158 in 1983.
