Sec. 22-183. Farms and plants once approved to retain status and right to
inspection; exceptions. Whenever approval to ship milk to Connecticut markets has
been given to a dairy farm or milk plant, whether such farm or plant is located within
or without the state of Connecticut, the commissioner shall not thereafter refuse to inspect nor shall he revoke or suspend such approved status except for failure to produce
and deliver milk, under the conditions specified in this chapter, which will meet the
quality standards and other requirements set forth in this chapter.
History: P.A. 83-155 prohibited the revocation of a license for discontinuance of milk shipments to Connecticut for conformity with amendments to Sec. 22-180.
