2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 22-118t. Interstate agreements.

      Sec. 22-118t. Interstate agreements. The Commissioner of Agriculture may cooperate with and enter into agreements with governmental agencies of this state, other states, agencies of the federal government and private associations in order to carry out the purposes and provisions of sections 22-118k to 22-118v, inclusive.

      History: P.A. 98-69 effective July 1, 1998; June 30 Sp. Sess. P.A. 03-6 replaced Commissioner of Agriculture with Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, effective July 1, 2004; P.A. 04-189 repealed Sec. 146 of June 30 Sp. Sess. P.A. 03-6, thereby reversing the merger of the Departments of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, effective June 1, 2004.
