2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 21-38. Penalty.

      Sec. 21-38. Penalty. Any person who engages in the business of a peddler or hawker without complying with the provisions of any such ordinance shall be fined not more than one hundred ninety-nine dollars.

      History: P.A. 93-425 increased maximum fine from not more than fifty dollars to not more than one hundred dollars; P.A. 95-281 increased maximum fine to one hundred ninety-nine dollars.
