Sec. 2-51. Admittance to floor of House and Senate. No persons, except members of the General Assembly, its officers and employees, authorized members of the
press and radio, and such other persons as either house of the General Assembly may
authorize from time to time, shall be allowed upon the floor of either house of the General
Assembly while such house is in session.
