Sec. 2-35b. Legislative involvement in Job Training Partnership Act. Recommendations. Reports from Governor. (a) Any proposed plan to implement the provisions of the Job Training Partnership Act (P.L. 97-300) in this state which shall be made
available to the General Assembly for comment, as required in Section 105 of the act,
shall be referred to the joint standing committee or committees of the General Assembly
having cognizance of matters relating to labor, economic development and job training.
Such committee or committees shall make recommendations, in writing, which shall
be submitted to the Governor within thirty days of such referral, concerning the purpose
and content of any such plan.
(c) The Governor shall forward, to such committee or committees on a timely basis, a copy of each report submitted to him pursuant to the requirements of the Job Training Partnership Act.
