Sec. 17b-530. (Formerly Sec. 17a-370). Penalty. Any person who wilfully and
knowingly violates any provision of sections 17b-520 to 17b-535, inclusive, shall be
fined not more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned for a period not to exceed one
year, or both.
History: Sec. 17-545 transferred to Sec. 17a-370 in 1991; Sec. 17a-370 transferred to Sec. 17b-530 in 1995.
