Sec. 17b-289. Short title. HUSKY and HUSKY Plus Act. (a) Sections 17b-289 to 17b-303, inclusive, and section 16 of public act 97-1 of the October 29 special session* shall be known as the "HUSKY and HUSKY Plus Act".

(b) Children receiving assistance under section 17b-261 shall be participants in the HUSKY Plan, Part A and children receiving assistance under sections 17b-289 to 17b-303, inclusive, and section 16 of public act 97-1 of the October 29 special session* shall be participants in the HUSKY Plan, Part B. For purposes of marketing and outreach, both parts shall be known as the HUSKY Plan.

*Note: Section 16 of public act 97-1 of the October 29 special session is special in nature and therefore has not been codified but remains in full force and effect according to its terms.
