      Sec. 16-19ee. Reports from electric or electric distribution companies concerning electrical outages from power surges. Each electric or electric distribution company with more than seventy-five thousand customers, shall, in its periodic report to the Department of Public Utility Control, concerning electrical outages, indicate which outages resulted from a power surge.

      History: P.A. 98-28 added electric distribution companies and made a technical change, effective July 1, 1998.
