2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 15-2. Compensation of harbor masters.
Sec. 15-2. Compensation of harbor masters. Harbor masters shall receive a salary to be determined by the Commissioner of Administrative Services, subject to the
provisions of section 4-40 and shall be reimbursed for necessary expenses incurred in
the performance of their duties.
History: 1969 act replaced provision granting harbor masters payment of three dollars per day plus recovered fees with general provision re salary and reimbursement for expenses; P.A. 77-614 replaced personnel policy board with commissioner of administrative services and made salaries subject to provisions of Sec. 4-40.
