Sec. 13b-290. (Formerly Sec. 16-118). Highway crossing discontinued. When
the use of a highway crossing over a railroad has been abandoned for fifteen years, such
crossing shall be deemed discontinued.
History: In 1981 Sec. 16-118 transferred to Sec. 13b-290.
