Sec. 13a-123j. Agreements with Secretary of Commerce. The Commissioner of
Transportation is authorized to enter into agreements with the Secretary of Commerce
of the United States as provided by Section 136 of Title 23 of the United States Code,
and to act in the name of the state to comply with the terms of such agreement.
History: 1969 act substituted commissioner of transportation for highway commissioner.
