      Sec. 1-96d. Statement whether expenditures for legislative reception are reportable. Each registrant or business organization that hosts a legislative reception to which all members are invited, or all members of a region in the state, as such term is used in subdivision (11) of subsection (g) of section 1-91, are invited, shall include in its invitation or any published notice of such reception whether the registrant or business organization reasonably expects such expenditures to be reportable pursuant to subsection (e) of section 1-96.
