The limited gaming fund shall be audited at least annually by or under the direction of the state auditor, who shall submit a report of the audit to the legislative audit committee. The expenses of the audit shall be paid from the limited gaming fund.

Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-47.1-702 and amended by 2018 Ch. 14,§ 2, eff. 10/1/2018.
