(1) The provisions of part 1 concerning the state penitentiary and the provisions of part 2, enacted by L. 77, p. 1377, § 1, concerning minimum security facilities, are under the department of corrections. (See articles 20 and 25 of title 17.)
(2) This article was numbered as article 4 of chapter 105 in C.R.S. 1963.
