§ 7-90-601.5. Domestic Entity Name and Trade Name of Dissolved Domestic Entity

- If a domestic entity that has a constituent filed document dissolves, the domestic entity name of the dissolved entity shall include the word "dissolved" followed by the month, day, and year of the effective date of dissolution of the entity.
